Lately I have been lovin on these new leather leggings I was able to snag at Urban Outfitters. I must say I contemplated whether or not to buy them for quite a bit, simply because how often would I be able to wear leather leggings. Well, I thought wrong. I have been able to wear them a lot more than I thought I would be able to. You can pair these bad boys with a lot more than a graphic tee. This past weekend I wore them with a silk, coral tank top by Jack by BB Dakota with high top black wedges.
I have fallen in love with these and even if they are only trending a short while, you will see me wearing them much longer.
Well that’s all.

Yes, please.
I woke up this morning at 5 am and had these babies all packed and ready to go next to my yoga bag. Unfortunately when I looked outside and still saw snow in the ground, I opted out. Oh well, soon enough. I must say though that this weather may be getting a tad bit old. Anywho, back to what is important. Shoes. One of my favorite parts about nice weather is the stylin shoes that start poppin up all over the place. There is nothing I love more than slipping into a colorful pair of flats. Especially ones with bows. 🙂 The ones above are from last Spring but oh how I light up when I see them. One of my most favorite J.Crew purchases. Afterall, what can’t you pair navy and white with. These shout Classy, Graceful, yet FUN.
Oh, I found a new app on my phone that allows me to put text on my instagrams.# NOTHING BETTER. Yes, I know what you are thinking. This app has been out a while now but my busy self has not gotten around to finding it until yesterday’s ever popular Masters Tourny. This gave me a lot of time to Edit pictures.
Well I hope everyone is staying warm and of course as always staying on the sunnyside.
Laugh often,

Spring has Sprung.
Red lip. Mint green. Canvas Toms Wedges. Denim shirt. Classic Necklace. This will forever be one of my favorite combinations for Spring. Ever. You might notice that it has been a while since I have been in the blogging world. Actually, “a while” may be an understatement. It has literally been since May. Graduating on into a big girl job got me. Woo. Life has not been this busy in a while but I have realized over the past months that even though I may be busy I need to still make time for the loves of life. Fashion included. I originally started this blog to keep record of how anyone could create high fashion looks on a low budget. Even though I would love to continue that type of blog, I am going to take some time to think about what I want this blog to entail. So with that being said…
I love writing. I love style. I love photos. I love fashion. I love creating. I love instagramming.

A few days ago I walked into H&M at the mall because I had a bit of time to spare the
day before graduation. Probably a bad idea because H&M had many classy dresses at
extremely low prices. Needless to say I was in shoppers heaven. It took me only a few minutes
before I found this pink lace dress as well as another mint green retro looking dress. Lately
I have really come to love mint green and light pink together. The two pastel colors compliment
each other well. Anyway, I had another dress picked out for graduation but once I saw this pink one
I decided I would have to return my other one. This one was perfect. At $29, my closet had to have
it. I already had nude heels and jewelry so the outfit was basically complete. The addition of
the khaki Longchamp bag came from my special friend’s parents. An awesome gift idea. Believe it or not
this was the first purse I have owned. Usually I am more of a wristlet girl but due to me continuously
leaving it behind at stores, restaurants, etc, J decided it might be time for me to get a purse.
Well I hope you enjoy the outfit combo and it has encouraged you to go out and get it yourself!
Well as always, laugh often and stay on the sunnyside.

Classy and Simple
Classy and Simple. These words describe this outfit perfectly. I wore this outfit out to dinner yesterday for the special friend’s brother’s birthday. I must say I definitely had a few women staring at my feet. The color of the shoes is amazing. I had just received them that day as a graduation gift from J. He yet again never fails to amaze me with his great taste. But moving on coral is one of the “in” colors this spring and summer which does not bother me one bit. Afterall it is my favorite color… that and just about every other bright color.
Yes, yes. I know some pieces of this outfit are a bit pricey but look alikes may be found at different stores for much lower prices. Check out h&m.com.
White tank: Target carries these tanks is just about any color you could imagine. I have the white and khaki. If they did not need to be washed I would probably have one of them on everyday. For only $9 it is a STEAL!
Navy skirt: Okay, so it is $69 but this skirt is a classic piece and can be paired with just about anything. Whether it be bright jewelry, shoes, tanks, blouses it is a definite must by if you love skirts as much as I do.
Cole Haan flats: I AM OBSESSED WITH THESE. Thanks to the best special friend ever I now own them. If you do not feel like splurging look-a-likes to these flats can be found many other places. Cap toes are a popular trend now. They have a few bright colored cap toed flats. I would suggest checking them out!
Belt: Bright colored skinny belts. Another staple item. I have this one from J.Crew and wear it with everything. It looks great on anything from jeans to dresses to skirts. I love the patent leather look of this one too.
Scarf: Last but not least, the scarf. I snagged this baby from Urban yesterday. The bright colors spoke to me and was basically telling me to grab it off the shelf. Sooo, my lack of self control kicked in and I bought it as an “early graduation gift” to myself.
Well enjoy all the bright colors!
Happy Spring!
As always laugh often and stay on the sunnyside!

Lately I have been on the hunt for the perfect black maxi dress. Long dresses never really tickled my fancy but after seeing them on a few of my friends and in many fashion magazines I thought I would try one as well. I shopped around online and went to the mall a few times but couldn’t seem to find the one that fit the picture I had in my mind. I found a few classy Maxi’s but none that were in my price range.
On my weekly trip to Target, as my best friend Megan and I were browsing through the women’s clothes( our first stop when we enter Target. I swear Target puts women’s clothing in the front of the store on purpose) I happened to stumble upon the black maxi dress shown above. I fell in love right away. Not only did it have thicker straps at the top but the concept of color blocking came through as well at the bottom of the dress. Best thing about this dress was it was on price cut for $25!!!! I knew this dress was telling me to take it home. But of course a girl cannot buy a dress without having the accessories. So of course I wandered over to check out the sandals and jewelry. I found a great pair of sandals and turquoise earrings to top off this look. Total: $65.99 I k now its a little above the $50 price range I was attempting to keep it under but a few of these items can be switched in and out for less expensive versions. I tried to keep this look all from Target so it’s easy to recreate! The bracelets are from Windsor.com. If you decided to leave those out the price would drop to $54.99. This would make the look completely from Target AND closer to my $50 goal.
Black Maxi Dress: I love that this dress is cotton making it extremely comfortable and great to wear on a cool or warm summer day. The color blocking with khaki on the bottom brings in another trend happening right now. This dress was originally $50 but if you hit up your local Target right now its on sale for $25! Such a steal!
Turquoise earrings and bracelets: The earrings are from Target. I love the fact that they are drop earrings because it makes the dress a bit more ‘dressy’. Depending on the look you are going for turquoise post earrings would also be great. The bracelets tie in the turquoise to the outfit again and add just another accessory. Cannot ever have enough of those!
Black sandals: These braided black flats are insanely comfortable. They are also on sale at Target right now for $15. Best thing about black sandals is you can wear them with so many different outfits making them worth the buy.
I am loving the classy yet sultry vibe this look brings forth. I hope you all do too!
Well as always laugh often and stay on the sunnyside,
